The kits are available ready built and tested, too. Furthermore all parts and kits can be delivered at customers need. Alterations of ready kits are also possible, provided they are technically feasible. In principle all tube systems are designed for 230 V and 115 V. For that you just have to change the fuses in the fuse holder at the three conductor receptacle, which is voltage selector at same time.

Our amplifier chassis are manufactured in a special process. They consist exclusively of high-quality aluminum. The chassis edges are welded seamlessly. The plating treatment is very lavishly and joined with a lot of handicraft. The chassis are covered with nickel and polished by hand till they shine.The high-grade appearance and shine can be reached only by the above mentioned way. In the end, an ever lasting label is applied by sieve printing. For that a special two component gloss is used, which adheres very well to the straight and hard nickel surface.

Magnetic distortions are avoided by the use of aluminum. With corresponding care the systems will always look noble, also after years.The systems of the EXPERIENCE classic series are high-grade products which are joyful to audiophiles in optic and accustic ways. In contrast to chrome the galvanic covering with nickel has a warm colour which maintains the optic and accustic properties of the tube systems.

All systems are constructed and built to meet the current safety standards. The tubes are open due to optic reasons. Suitable coveration can be provided on request. The person who runs the system has to make sure that no other people who do not know anything about tubes are not in danger. In the case of a broken tube while it is at work there still might be dangerous high voltages at metallic parts.

In the list of equipment and material kits some differentiations are necessary. These are assorted in the following survey:
 

The detailed construction manuals are in the books (in German language) offered in our catalogue. If a construction manual is not available, it will be attached on to the delivery if required of materials. If the construction manual is demanded at first,copies will be sent with refund of expenses. The costs have to be paid before delivery. The amount of costs can be asked by phone.

Terms of Payment and Delivery

Prices include 19% German VAT (7% on literature) without engagement, subject to being unsold. With the arise of this list, all previous prices lose their validity (subject to errors and alteration). All prices are accounted in EURO and per unit excepted there is no special quotation. Forwarding charges are not included.

Order acceptance

In written form, per fax, per e-mail and during business hours by telephone.
Custom made products demand for a written order and an appropriate prepayment or cash before delivery.

Delivery,Despatch and Forwarding Charges

In the domestic market parcels with a weight of less than 31.5 kg can be mailed. Abroad it depends on the prevailing state (20 kg to 31.5 kg). Parcels with a bigger weight must be sent with a fowarding agency. In the case of prepayment or debit entry, deliveries in the domestic market just have a lump sum for mailing expenses of 7.50 EURO. Usually prepaid products will be sent at the following working day after cash receipt at the latest. Because we do not sell in a store we ask self collectors for an appointment. Forwarding charges will be charged in addition to the lawful German VAT.With outgoing of delivery the liability moves on to the purchaser. From that point he is completely liable for the parcel.

Payment and Quotation

Generally the dispatch is cash on delivery, prices are basically in EURO. If it is
required an advance invoice can be sent. Payment per debit entry is also possible.
For this we need your bank account with the corresponding data and your
accordance.

Dispatch into foreign Countries

With deliveries outside the European Community the listed gross prices will be
net of the German VAT (16%). Devide the German listed prices by 1.16 to get the net prices. We recommend to make us send an advance invoice to our foreign customers because this will reduce forwarding charges distinctly. After cash receipt the products will be sent immediately with prompt service. In export the terms are depending on the destination. Deliveries into foreign countries only can take place for cash on delivery or for an advance invoice.

Warrantee, complaints, money back guarantee

We ensure faultless condition of our deliveries. If there is a reason for interception,
you can claim in written form within 14 days from the date of invoice. In case of a
warrantable claim you will have the chance for a repair for free, substitute or credit
advice. You have a 14-day money back guarantee from the date of invoice receiving
optionally a credit advice or cash.If products are sent back, they must be in proper
condition, carefully packed and franked. Only the product value will be credited,
not the packaging costs and forwarding charges. Essentially a redemption of custom made products is impossible. Claims for indemnification which reach beyond, even remote losses are debarred and we are not liable for. With the purchase of our products the purchaser accepts our terms of payment and delivery.
